Market Deeping sits on the River Welland, right on the Peterborough boundary, so for many of our customers here we are practically the local timber yard. The town mixes 17th-century stone buildings around the market place and the old Packhorse Bridge with large modern estates – and the Deepings have been earmarked for significant growth in South Kesteven’s Local Plan, including sizeable sites off Linchfield Road.
That combination means two very different kinds of order: careful, one-off pieces for older stone houses and repeatable carcass packs for fitters working on newer homes. We handle both from the same workshop.

Riverside homes and moisture-resistant boards
Market Deeping is one of the lowest-lying towns in England, and plenty of homes here sit close to the Welland. Kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms in older riverside properties are exactly where board choice matters:

Collect, or we'll bring it to you
Because the Deepings are so close, many customers prefer to collect – and you’re welcome to. Others would rather not wrestle 18mm sheets into a van, which is why we deliver to Market Deeping in our own vehicles. Panels are stacked and protected in order, so they come off the van in the sequence you’ll assemble them.

Which board should I use in a bathroom?
Moisture-resistant MDF (often called MR MDF) is the usual choice for painted bathroom furniture, edged with PUR glue for extra protection.
Can you cut a single shelf or small job?
Yes. We cut everything from one shelf to a full house of kitchens and wardrobes.
