Our edgebanding machines use PUR (polyurethane reactive) glue for outstanding adhesion and a protective seal against moisture. A near-infrared laser gluing station also allows us to apply laser edging tape with no visible joint line.
We can edge straight panels as narrow as 20mm and as short as 30mm, as well as panels cut at an angle, up to a maximum panel thickness of 60mm. Every machine is set up to suit your chosen decor, so the edging tape fits each panel perfectly.

Advanced Edgebanding Technology
Flawless results, every time
PUR Glue
Polyurethane reactive (PUR) hot-melt glue is a significant step up from the traditional hot melts used on lower-end edgebanders. It forms a strong, immediate and flexible bond, tolerates a far wider range of temperatures and is water-resistant – ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and other demanding environments. It also needs around half the amount of glue, giving a thinner glue line and a more refined finish.

ABS Edging
1mm thick
Our 1mm ABS edging tape gives a discreet yet durable edge and can be milled to a radius or square finish to suit your design.
Radius Finish
The 1mm ABS tape is milled to a soft radius on both sides and at the corners, giving a smooth feel and an elegant appearance – perfect where precision and practicality both matter.
Square Finish
For crisp, sharp lines, the tape is trimmed flush with the board surface, leaving the sides and corners square. This finish works especially well on darker colours.
ABS Edging
2mm thick
Our 2mm ABS edging tape provides an extra-durable, slightly more pronounced edge and can be milled to a radius or bevel finish.
Radius Finish
The 2mm ABS tape is milled to a generous radius on both sides and at the corners for a smooth, comfortable touch. This classic, hard-wearing finish is ideal for bedroom furniture.
Real Wood Veneer Edging
Edging finish options
We apply matching real wood edging to all of our veneered boards, using 0.6mm, 1mm or 2mm tapes. Depending on the tape thickness, we offer radius, bevel and square edge finishes.
Our grain-matching service is available for boards with a woodgrain decor or texture. Simply tick the panels you would like grain-matched when building your cutting list, and we will take care of the rest.
