Cut and Edge Express offers a bespoke CNC cutting and routing service from our Peterborough workshop, backed by a skilled design team and experienced CNC operators. Our CNC machine excels at producing unusually shaped components that would be difficult to make any other way, and its fully computerised control guarantees accuracy and repeatability for single parts and large batches alike.
We also drill and groove panels to order. Using our online machining options, you can specify exactly where you need hinge holes, shelf-pin holes and other machining. CNC routing is especially popular for grooves used in joinery or for recessing LED strip lighting.
For more complex jobs, simply send us a drawing. We work with standard CAD files such as .dwg and .dxf, and can convert a simple hand sketch into a machine-ready CAD drawing.
